This document explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using AsisFlow.

1. Who we are

AsisFlow is an SEO analysis application that helps website owners, marketers, and web teams read Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data, manage website projects, generate SEO summaries, and create clearer action plans.

2. Information we collect

We collect account data such as name, email, account status, website project settings, app usage data, and support messages. When you connect Google, we also process the data required to provide the service, including OAuth token records, connected Google account status, GA4 property metadata, Search Console site metadata, the selected analysis date range, relevant analytics and search data, and the SEO summaries and action plans generated in AsisFlow.

3. How we use information

We use information for account authentication, connecting and disconnecting Google accounts, finding GA4 properties and Search Console sites you can choose, managing website projects, retrieving GA4 and Search Console data for the selected date range, running AI-assisted SEO analysis, displaying analysis history and results, sending process-related notifications, keeping the service secure, and providing user support.

4. Google user data

AsisFlow accesses Google user data only with your consent and only for the SEO analysis features you use. We do not use Google user data for advertising. That data is used to connect accounts, show GA4 and Search Console options, retrieve analytics and search data for the selected project and period, and then build SEO summaries and action plans. We only request the scopes required for those functions.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data or Google user data. We may share data only with service providers that help operate AsisFlow, such as Google APIs, cloud hosting, email delivery, and AI processing, to the extent needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights and users.

6. Data security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. Google OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form, sensitive values are redacted from application logs, and administrative access is restricted. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously reduce risk and potential exposure.

7. Data retention

We retain data for as long as needed for service operations, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and security. Connected Google accounts can be disconnected at any time. Analysis history, temporary raw data, and generated results may be stored so they can be shown in the dashboard unless removed through product features or lawful requests.

8. Your choices and rights

You may disconnect Google, stop further data collection, and request deletion of certain data through the product or support. If you are in Indonesia, your rights are also protected by Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, including access, correction, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and deletion subject to legal exceptions.

9. Cross-border processing

Some of our service providers may process data outside Indonesia. When that happens, we use contractual protections or legal mechanisms appropriate for the related processing activity.

10. Children

AsisFlow is not intended for children below the age required by law to give personal data consent without a parent or guardian.

11. Policy changes

We may update this policy when products, service providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page.

12. Contact
