1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using AsisFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy published on this site.

2. Service description

AsisFlow provides Google account connection, website project management, GA4 property and Google Search Console site selection, analytics and search data retrieval for the selected period, AI-assisted SEO analysis, SEO summaries, SEO action plans, analysis history, balance/top-up features for paid analysis, Duitku payments, and account disconnection and history deletion features.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs on your AsisFlow account.

4. Google integration

You may connect and disconnect Google accounts at any time. You are responsible for ensuring the connected account access, scopes, GA4 properties, and Search Console sites match the project you manage. If Google access is revoked, expired, or requires re-consent, analysis may be limited until the connection is restored.

5. AI-assisted output

SEO summaries and SEO action plans may be generated with AI assistance. This output is meant to help human decision-making and should still be reviewed before publishing, applying to a website, or sharing with clients. We do not guarantee that AI output will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for every case.

6. Service access and availability

Some features may be limited by account status, user permissions, Google connection availability, technical quotas, or administrator operational settings. You agree not to bypass access restrictions, interfere with the system, or use the service outside its intended functions.

7. Permitted use

You may not use AsisFlow for illegal activity, abuse, spam, credential theft, data scraping that violates third-party terms, unauthorized access, or any use that may harm the service, other users, or third-party systems such as Google.

8. Third-party services

AsisFlow depends on third-party services such as Google APIs, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and AI processing providers. Their availability, limits, or policies may affect service behavior. We are not responsible for disruptions or changes outside our control.

9. Data and privacy

Use of this service is also subject to the Privacy Policy. You may only connect accounts and projects that you are authorized to manage. Do not send sensitive data unless it is truly required for service use.

10. Intellectual property

AsisFlow, its design, workflows, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data and content, subject to the limited license required for us to process it to provide the service.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being abused, is unsafe, interferes with the service, or violates these terms or applicable law.

12. Disclaimer and liability limits

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

13. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, to the extent relevant to the service and the parties involved.

14. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
